Council’s offices at Jamestown and Gladstone remain open, but Council strongly encourages members of the public to please call or email in the first instance.
Council are trying to minimise risk to the staff and the local community so, if you can carry out business online or on the phone, they are encouraged to do so.
Payments are able to be made via online via Bpay and if people do visit the Jamestown of Gladstone office, but the preferred method of payment is Pay Wave.
