Please be advised that the scheduled road closures have been cancelled and are predicted to be postponed until later in the year.
Council advises that access through the following seven railway crossings will temporarily change due to essential rail‑interface safety upgrade works:
- Louden Brae Road (click here for map)
- Smart Road (click here for map)
- Cudmore Gap Road (click here for map)
- Woolshed Corner Road (click here for map)
- Carls Road (click here for map)
- Bradtke Road (click here for map)
- Frost Road (click here for map)
As shown on the maps, sections of these roads will be closed to all public traffic between 7 AM, 15th June and 5 PM, 16th June 2026. Works will include spray sealing and curing.
Detours will be in place throughout the works period. There will also be signage and speed reductions in place before and after works commence to ensure the safety of all road users
