A strong commitment to our community is high on the agenda at Northern Areas Council and we are seeking an experienced Infrastructure and Projects Officer to join our team.
Working directly with Manager Assets & Operations, the Infrastructure and Projects Officer will:
- Develop and maintain GIS Asset Mapping
- Contribute to Asset Management plans and Capital Works programs
- Develop comprehensive Project Management plans
- Assist with project costings and budget preparations
- Coordinate and process NHVR permits and Dial Before You Dig requests
Based at Jamestown but working with the Asset & Operations team and relevant Stakeholders you will be expected to use your knowledge of asset management and practices and your effective communication and team building skills to lead project teams effectively, ensuring project outcomes meet established criteria.
Dependent on the qualifications and experience of the preferred candidate. Council will offer an attractive remuneration package in the range of $93,790 - $106,671, Level 7/8 of the SA Salaried Municipal Officers Award and the associated Northern Areas Council (ASU) Enterprise Agreement.
